Meet The Chef
Head Chef: Thiago Jorge
Thiago has worked as a chef for 7 years here in Ireland and six of those years here at the Barge. He is taking over the kitchen here as head chef and we could not be more excited!
His dedication and passion for what he does is unrivalled. He has trained in many restaurants on his days off just to improve his skills and learn including an unpaid internship at a Michelin star restaurant.
He has completed pastry training at Le Cordon Bleu Paris and completed bakery training in Le Cordon Bleu London.
Apart from being an incredible chef he is an incredible team member. He does anything to help anyone and brightens everyone's day with his positive attitude and giant smile
